About the position
- As a Senior Executive, your key objective will be to help expand Agoda's accommodation inventory supply through new partner acquisition.

Responsibilities
- Pitch, secure and build new hotel partnerships
- Conduct negotiations with potential hotel partners
- Maximize Agoda's accommodation availability
- Research and troubleshoot rate, availability & support related issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Two-Three years' of proven track record in sales, business development
- Driven and 'Go getter' attitude
- Ability to adapt well and is energized by change
- Strong prioritization and planning skills
- Curiosity and an experimentation mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence external / internal stakeholders
- Capacity to travel up to 50% of the time
- Fluent in German (Business Level)

Strong strategic and data analysis skills, Ability to creatively 'think on the fly' when negotiating with hotel partners.
