Responsibilities
- Review CVs
- Conduct pre-screening interviews and face to face interviews as required
- Partner with hiring managers in the selection process
- Conducting interview debriefs at all stages with both hiring managers and candidates to uncover any potential issues
- Handle objections and pre-close both parties
- Drive proactive sourcing plans to attract external talent using direct channels in line with business needs
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment
- Experience recruiting for Egypt market is highly preferred
- Experience recruiting for customer service and business development positions is preferred
- Experience recruiting in the OTA (online travel), e-commerce, or tech industries is preferred
- Fluency in English
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the business
- Results orientated
- Willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and demonstrate flexibility

Experience recruiting for the travel industry, Knowledge of Arabic language, Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation (estimated)
