About the position

- As Area manager of Strategic account management team for **Vietnam**, you will grow Agoda’s footprint in Vietnam by developing/implementing competitive strategies.

Responsibilities

- Manage a team of Strategic Account Managers who are responsible for business development with key supply partners to enable Agoda’s growth in the region. - Implement strategies with top, high-growth and emerging partners. - Conduct market research. - Coordinate with senior management. - Develop and own relationships with internal/external key decision makers. - Represent the company at external events.

Requirements

- Bachelor or equivalent degree - 7+ years of experience in business development, data-driven sales/planning, or consulting role - Strong numerical & analytical skills - Ability to successfully communicate proposals - Ability to report and persuade different levels - Strategic thinking and planning - Professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic - Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English

Compensation (estimated)

THB 50,000 - THB 70,000
