About the position

- As ‘Strategic Accounts Manager, Key Accounts’, you will be responsible for the performance and account management of a portfolio of large hotel chains.

- CRS - PMS - GDS - CM - APIs - Excel - Tableau - Metabase

Responsibilities

- Understand the drivers for Hotel Chain performance - Develop solutions to make positive impact to growth drivers - Evaluate Hotel Chain partnerships within your portfolio against set of health metrics - Negotiate with large-scale Hotel Chain partners at senior and executive levels - Implement agreements

Requirements

- 8+ years’ experience in an e-commerce key account management role - Strong communication skills and natural relationship builder - Fluent in English and Chinese - Proven ability in negotiating agreements with large corporations - Advanced proficiency in Excel & data analytics and using visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Metabase)
