About the position

- We are looking for someone to be part of our Talent Business Partners Team (based in Seoul) as a Talent Business Partner. - Our team works closely with key stakeholders including our Legal/Compliance team, Employee Relations team and the Senior Management Team. - Support employees in challenging circumstances. - Identify trends and share insights to adjust our people management practices to get the best talent outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Elevate Compliance and Policy Expertise - Enhance Manager Effectiveness - Lead Investigations and Employee Relations processes - Drive Performance and Policy Enhancements through Analytics - Address specific regional needs - Provide regional regulatory and cultural insights to facilitate entity related decisions - Optimize Performance Management and Offboarding

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field - 3+ years in Employee Relations or HR Business Partnering roles - Extensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the relevant region - Hands-on experience managing and executing restructuring/change management projects - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to cope well with ambiguity and change - High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethical standards - Sound judgment and the ability to make well-informed decisions - Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform decision-making processes and improve employee relations strategies - Fluency in written and spoken Korean and English
