Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in recruitment
- Minimum of 2 years of team management experience
- Expertise in global sourcing strategies
- Ability to structure, lead and deliver complex projects
- Ability to leverage data to take decisions
- Leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in English
- Autonomous and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency
