About the position
- This role will be the focal point for software development team to discuss with business team.
- Be responsible for driving the product design and development, from inception to production.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders
- Collect and analyze feedback
- Work closely with development team
- Produce and review product requirements documents
- Manage and control the completion of projects
- Use metrics and data visualization
- Owns the product launch
- Provide the idea to improve products
- Working with TDD QA
- Work closely with QA and business team
- Analyze product usage and customer feedback
- Perform the product discovery process
- Create product road map and plan
- Provide data in all aspect to upper management
- Provide the project status report
- Motivate and drive team
- Cooperate with all parties
- Reduce conflicts
- Do the Risk and Mitigation plan
- Present the status of the product development to Upper Management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related fields
- 5+ years of Scrum-based Agile project management experience
- Proven experience as a technical product Manager/Owner or similar role
- Good Understand concept of SQL Command, API, Database design, Web/Mobile development, Micro Service Development
- Good command of both spoken & written English
- Strong leadership and people management skill
- Great Emotional control
- Self-motivated, eagerness to learn and embrace new challenges
- Good Team working
- Positive thinking
- Willing to work with any assigned tasks
