Business Development – Wallet & Growth/Platform Enabler (Ascend Money) – ASCEND

- Drive user acquisition and engagement for our digital wallet and financial services platform.

- Understanding of computer science - Data structure - Algorithms

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for user acquisition and engagement - Develop and execute growth strategies - Work closely with the product and engineering team - Collaborate with the marketing/commercial team - Monitor and analyze user behavior and engagement - Continuously test and optimize growth strategies - Communicate progress and results to stakeholders and leadership team

- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions - Experience in digital product development and user acquisition and engagement - Project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional teams - Good communication and presentation skills - Familiarity with mobile app and web analytics tools (Mixpanel and Braze would be a plus) - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively - Ability to work with engineers and to understand technical challenges
