ERP Application Support – Junior/Senior (Ascend Money) – ASCEND

- Understand business end-to-end processes such as P2P (Procure to Pay), O2C (Order to Cash) - Business best practices in FSI (Financial Service Institution) such as Bank, Insurance, Digital Asset or AMC (Asset Management Company), and Retail - Process of helpdesk support - Enterprise software solutions such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft - Ability of analytical skills

- Oracle Fusion Cloud - Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) - Oracle Netsuite - SQL statements

- Serve as a first-tier support with knowledge of applications and business processes. - Understand issues and search for solutions from a knowledge base or issue summary for repeated issues. - Reproduce and identify new errors and symptoms that have never been found before. - Escalate pending issues to the upper level of support to find the root cause, workaround, and long-term solution. - Support the preparation of functional documents such as the 'Functional Specification Document'. - Assist with application design and testing efforts for long-term expansion.

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration/Accountancy/Computer Science/Engineering/Information Technology or related fields. - Working experiences in areas of Accounting, Finance, Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management and Thailand Tax Localization. - Understanding of software implementation life cycle with best practices. - Desire to constantly learn and upskill your abilities. - Ability to absorb new technical information and apply it effectively. - Able to deal with and handle difficult situations and work under time constraints. - Proactive, self-motivated, systematic thinking, fast learner, and willing to contribute and work as a team. - Positive attitude and empathy for others

Experience in the Oracle Fusion Cloud

Cooperate with the technical team in estimating efforts, developing plans/schedules, and performing tasks according to the plan.
