About the position
- On-call support/ weekends on a rotation basis.
- Provide 2d level of technical support for all application systems and software components.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and investigate the root cause of incidents that happen within application systems.
- Work closely with application development teams and platform team to investigate and fix issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Strong technical, analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Good command of spoken and written Thai and English.
Nice to have
While not specifically required, let us know if you have any of the following:
Hand-on Unix/Linux skill and shell programming and Java application log reading and analyzing. Understanding the Financial terminology (especially Loan).
Compensation (estimated)
